DadPad launches in NHS Highland | NHS Highland
The DadPad app is an easy-to-use resource that is free to download and has been developed with the NHS to provide support and guidance for new dads and dads-to-be.In a first for Scotland, the DadPad app was launched April 2024 in NHS Highland.
New dads will feel excited, but may also feel left out, unsure and overwhelmed - DadPad can help. It has been designed to be used as a quick reference tool that will enable new dads to enjoy their babies and feel more confident about fatherhood.
The Highland Directory of Services is an online resource for everyone in the Highlands to find and share information about services and orgnisations that may help with the health and wellbeing of indivdiuals and families.
It includes groups, activities and organisations on a wide range of topics, including bereavement, isolation, food support and many other.
All child and adult immunisaions are now provied by NHS Highland via a central booking service. Please see NHS Highland website for further information on Immunisation and Vaccines
